How to connect with ftp? Print

Login into the cloud panel with your username & password.
Select Manage Web Site
Select FTP Accounts
Fill the details and click the button
Use ONLY ftp.gridhost.co.uk as the ftp server to connect to your site and port 21
After you connect be sure to upload all your files inside the public_html folder in order to appear live/public from your domain

You will need a ftp client to connect to the server. Google Filezilla for a free ftp client.
