Login to your cloud account at:
https://control.gridhost.co.uk/members/
Then click the "Manage Account" button/link next to your domain and then "Email Accounts".
From this menu you can do all the email related jobs; from adding/modify email accounts to alias and forwarders.
On the top right you will see also a link "Client Configuration". This is where you can find all the server related settings that you need to put into your email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, iMac etc).
