When you got email issues we will need to verify that there isn't any problem from your network to our. In that case you will need to run a few commands over command prompt by using the telnet client.
Open command prompt (click on Start - run - and type cmd) and type the following:

telnet yourdomain 25

Replace "yourdomain" above with your actual domain name that is hosted with us and just copy-paste the result to our ticket system.

In case the telnet client is not installed follow the procedure below:

  1. Open “Control Panel“.
  2. Open “Programs“.
  3. Select the “Turn Windows features on or off ” option.
  4. Check the “Telnet Client” box.
  5. Click “OK“. A box will appear that says “Windows features” and “Searching for required files“.When complete, the Telnet client should be installed in Windows.
